With a wide range of case laws and being involved in high profile litigations, Antonia`s practice focuses on representing clients on commercial and administrative-contentious disputes across a variety of business sectors, including energy & natural resources, capital markets, public procurement, tax, land book, real estate and property.

She also provides legal advice to Romanian and international high-profile clients from various industries and sectors, both public and private entities:
- As per the real estate, she covers various matters such as property restitution/protection, land use issues, land concession and lease, also conducting research and providing due diligence services;
- She continuously provides legal assistance in the energy sector, including drafting of legal opinions on market regulations and day-to-day legal advice referring to contractual relationships and pre-litigation and litigation stages;
- With a strong awareness in the public procurement area, Antonia has successfully advised and represented both public authorities and private companies in tender proceedings, in disputes before the National Council for Solving Complaints (CNSC) and before national courts of law;
- She has extensive litigation practice being involved in matters such as: alleged violation of Capital Markets Law, contractual liability and tort liability, litigation between professionals, as well as civil cases of common law, financing contracts from European funds etc.
